Terms of Service

By accessing or using ZyroJobs ("Service"), owned and operated by Ankit Bhatt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice via email or in-app notification.

ZyroJobs is an AI-powered career platform that provides job search, resume building, interview preparation, job application tracking, and AI career advisory services. Features are available on Free and Premium subscription tiers.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@zyrojobs.com
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts may result in suspension

• ZyroJobs offers Free and Premium plans. Premium is billed monthly (₹249) or yearly (₹999) — limited-time launch pricing
• Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments — a PCI DSS compliant gateway
• Premium access is granted immediately upon successful payment
• You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your Billing page. Access continues until period end
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy — issued only when a technical failure prevents subscription activation
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract our proprietary content or AI models
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent profile information
• Use AI features to generate spam, misleading job applications, or fraudulent content
• Share account credentials or resell access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

ZyroJobs uses AI (OpenAI GPT-4o) to generate resume feedback, interview questions, career advice, and other content. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional career, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before use.

The ZyroJobs platform, brand, and proprietary technology are owned by Ankit Bhatt. You retain ownership of the content you create (resumes, profile data). By using the Service, you grant ZyroJobs a limited license to process your content for the purpose of delivering the Service features.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE JOB PLACEMENT OR CAREER OUTCOMES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANKIT BHATT AND ZYROJOBS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Profile Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
